Excellent early evening experience. Inexpensive but very good portions and quality. New location so staff are still finding their routine in the team.

I had the pleasure of eating at Jashir on their opening night. I was a big fan of the food at the Royal Duke so my expectations were high. I was not disappointed. The food was served efficiently, was up to (perhaps exceeded) my expectations, and the whole experience a total delight.
The Tawa Chicken and Channa Masala (my favourite) were superb and the portion size remains as generous as it always was in the old premises.

Visited twice now the new premises in Oakham. As a regular delivery customer we thought we would give the new restaurant a try. The food as always excellent if not better than excellent as fresh to the table, Nan bread especially so much better in the restaurant. Our second restaurant visit was for our wedding anniversary, very friendly attentive service, the environment so nice to dine out in. Well done we will visit again in the near future. We went here on the 13th of May to celebrate my partners 60th birthday,
what can I say the service was amazing and so was the food. Would highly recommend if you are looking for authentic Indian cuisine, will definitely be going back.
